7 Ways to awaken your true nature
Choosing your own spiritual path and seeking your true nature. We continue to evolve and change, that is the nature of life. Eventually the tools we are most familiar with navigating life no longer work. Something shifts within at a deeper level and our desire to seek wholeness and enlightenment are necessary. The veil has been lifted from our brain, we can no longer deny our true nature. Awakening to our spiritual nature, reconnecting with our soul, does not happen by "doing", It happens by "grace".
1. Understand, everything you need is already here.
All the answers are within. Practice "gratitude" and you will step outside the endless thoughts, striving, consuming thoughts of "the search" and into the appreciation of beauty and wisdom that has always been available to you from within.
2. Simplify, purge, and make space.
Create as much space as you can in your life. Any type of mess is weight on the mind, whether we carry it internally or externally, both require inner work. Clutter is what we internally carry or externally agree to. Making space allows what is important to you to grow and flourish. You do this at your own pace with love and inner-standing of the practice, making room for bringing more love, more clarity.

3. Be committed to a mature spiritual practice.
This will help you navigate your ego as it tries to protect you, yes, it will fight against your change and growth.
As options and priorities begin to open, you begin to see more of the beauty of your life, your life will no longer be living you! Therefore, things like inner work and meditation are important, they help us make internal and external space.
4. Learn to trust your inner authority.
We must discern our own spiritual path and not lend our power away to others belief systems, desires, and passions. There are too many beautiful gifts and messages meant for each one of us. Trusting your inner authority has nothing to do with ego, or asking for help or guidance, it means honoring that deep wisdom inside you. It will automatically guide you to your people, places and all the support you need.

5. Be aware of the ego and navigating it.
EGO... I call mine "my Avatar", (among other things) and I speak to her often, reminding her to kindly step aside!
It likes to convince you to do all the work before you begin your spiritual journey. That is why we practice discernment, without being mindful and being able to see clearly through our own delusions, it is easy to get trapped and feel stuck.

6. Explore the nature of the "I".
To awaken your true nature, we need to be able to tell what is true to begin with. Experiencing the transparency of the ego and the unchanging presence it carries. An effortless way to do this is by simply asking " who am I ", either in meditation or contemplation.

7. You already are what you look for.
What you are looking for is not an ideal state, it is already here, you are here and what you seek is within you. The nature of life is not difficult, its simple, the ego always protects you from the unfamiliar, its up to you to choose freedom.
